1986年，因為台北圓山動物園的搬遷，滾石唱片集結當代最具代表性的12位歌手創造了暢銷單曲「快樂天堂」，以及在當時的中華體育館，立下華語樂壇首次的跨年演唱會「快樂天堂跨年演唱會」。這樣具有歷史意義及跨時代的經典單曲，將於滾石30周年的今天再度重製；當年是由大人唱給小孩子聽的，現在由泰武國小古謠傳唱隊的孩子們唱給"大人們"重溫美好，在事物都被重新定義的數位時代裡，詮釋當代之歷史價值，傳達純真希望與音樂真實的初衷。
