Discount

We are now providing a 7% discount on any purchase that add 3 or more items on their cart. Simply fulfil the prerequisite and the discount will be automatically applied to your check out page! All products on our website are eligible for the discount (including Pre-Orders & Backorders) except for specific products that will be stated in its description box and the Miscellaneous and Humminguru category.

Do We Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! Please keep in mind that international shipments might take a bit longer to arrive. Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost, and NeonMusic isn't responsible for these charges. Click here to see the list of countries we ship to internationally.

What Are The Shipping Rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that each destination has a specific shipping rate that is calculated based on the location and the dimensional weight of the order.

Orders above a certain price point will be provided free shipping as listed in the next FAQ below.

Do We Provide Free Shipping?

Yes, we do!

  • Free local (Singapore) shipping on orders above 100 SGD.
  • Free Malaysia shipping on orders above 300 SGD.
  • Free international shipping on orders above 700 SGD.

The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout once your order meets the requirements.

Please note that we use International Registered Air Parcel from Singpost for our free shipping option.

Exclusions: All products are eligible for the discount, including pre-orders, except for items specified in their description and those in the Miscellaneous and Humminguru categories.

How Long Does Shipping Usually Take?

For local Singapore shipping, your items will typically be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Can I Cancel My Order?

All sales are final. However, if you need to make an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to assist you. Please note that if your order is already in fulfillment or has shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates!

How Do I Know The Grading Of Pre-Owned Items?

Each newly listed pre-owned item (excluding Cassette) includes an Info Card in the last product image. This card displays the grading and other details such as the label, pressing versions, and any included extras like Obi strips, lyric sheets, or posters for pre-owned vinyl records.

What Does Our Grading Means?

Cover

NM/Near Mint - like new with no major defects
EX/Excellent - well kept with slight crisps, markings or watermark
VG/Very Good - visible wear and tear or damages

Media

NM/Near Mint - like new with almost no scuffs
EX/Excellent - well kept with few scuffs
VG/Very Good - Multiple Scuffs or Scratches

Will My Order Be Processed On A Different Currency As Per Shown In The Currency Converter?

Unfortunately, no. All orders are processed in SGD. The currency converter is provided for your convenience and estimation purposes only. At checkout, you will be charged in SGD at the current exchange rate.

Pre-Order Information

  1. Estimated time of arrival of the product will be within 2-4 weeks after its release date.

  2. Note that the ETA for pre-order is an estimation and is subject to change.

  3. Once a pre-order is placed, it is final and are strictly non-refundable except for cases where stock supplies are limited. (See Point 4)

  4. We will refund any pre-order that we will not be able to fulfil automatically (due to stock limits from our supplier) and you will be sent an notification email for the refund.

  5. Pre-order items are eligible for the 7% discount

  6. A combination of in stock and pre-order items are eligible for the 7% discount as long as the prerequisite of 3 items are fulfilled.

  7. For local SG customers, If there are both in stock and pre-order items on your order, we will priorities and ship the instock items first, followed by the pre-order items at a later date when it has arrived. Customers does not need to pay extra for the additional shipping cost. This feature will not be available for international customers currently.

  8. If the pre-order product include posters or any large-size paper gift, the item will be folded and shipped together with the product.

  9. Placing an order means that you agree to and accept the relevant terms and rules of this site.

Backorder Information
  1. What is a backorder?
    A backorder is when an item is not currently in stock but will be available in the future. You can place an order for this item, and we will ship it to you once it becomes available.
