We do! Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price and NeonMusic is not responsible for these charges for any reason. Order above 100 SGD will be provided free local(Singapore) shipping.
Order above 300 SGD will be provided free Malaysia shipping.
Order above 700 SGD will be provided free international shipping.
The free shipping option will be available automatically for selection in the checkout page after the prerequisite have been met.
Note that we will be using International Registered Air Parcel
from Singpost for the free shipping option.

For local Singapore shipping it will take 2-3 working days typically for the items to be delivered to you.

All sales are final, though if you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can. Please note: if your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.

Every Pre-Owned Items contains a Info Card on their last product image. The Info Card display the grading and miscellaneous info such as their label, pressing versions, including Obi, Lyric Sheets, Posters etc on Pre-Owned Vinyl Records.

Unfortunately no. All orders will be processed in SGD. The currency converter is purely for convenience and estimation uses only. You will checkout using SGD at the most current exchange rate.
Pre-Orders Information
- Estimated time of arrival of the product will be within 2-4 weeks after its release date.
- Note that the ETA for pre-order is an estimation and is subject to change.
- Once a pre-order is placed, it is final and are strictly non-refundable except for cases where stock supplies are limited. (See Point 4)
- We will refund any pre-order that we will not be able to fulfil automatically (due to stock limits from our supplier) and you will be sent an notification email for the refund.
- Pre-order items are eligible for the 7% discount
- A combination of instock and pre-order items are eligible for the 7% discount as long as the prerequisite of 3 items are fulfilled.
- For local SG customers, If there are both instock and pre-order items on your order, we will priorities and ship the instock items first, followed by the pre-order items at a later date when it has arrived. Customers does not need to pay extra for the additional shipping cost. This feature will not be available for international customers currently.
- If the pre-order product include posters or any large-size paper gift, the item will be folded and shipped together with the product.
- Placing an order means that you agree to and accept the relevant terms and rules of this site.
