2025 年是好樂團成團的第十年，在 2022 年發行的首張專輯《在遊蕩的路上學會寬容》 後，持續用音樂記錄著生活、職場、人際關係各方面的經歷， 比起過往談論 「社會新鮮人」 角色有了更多的體悟和感慨。第二張創作專輯《懂 Epiphany》 將以更穩健的姿態，詮釋更多人生樣貌。
整張新專輯邀請知名製作人吳奕宏參與歌曲的編排，好樂團也嘗試更多元的曲風以及不同的聲線詮釋。例如主打歌〈攀〉邀請知名製作人韓立康操刀單曲製作，瓊文首度在詞曲中加入饒唱，運用多層次人聲詮釋「攀關係」的社會現象，呈現戲劇化的音樂敘事。〈狂妄〉以動漫《獵人》的蟻王角色為靈感，大膽張狂的編曲描寫自戀型人格的情緒轉折，期待在現場演出時能與觀眾一起對拍鼓掌互動，讓觀眾參與成為歌曲節奏的一部分。而前導單曲〈最後一根稻草〉 則用壓抑而悲傷的聲線，搭配極簡編曲，突顯巨大的空虛感。
《懂 Epiphany》專輯中的新歌也描述了不同關於兩位成員超過 30 以後的體悟。〈洄游〉以 City Pop 曲風描述離鄉背井工作多年的迷惘；〈The Very Last Time〉以民謠編曲輕輕道出成為大人後面對離別的重重思念。整張專輯以〈歲月的海〉的溫柔聲線收尾，以時間為主題，道出對於平靜的嚮往，也完整呼應「懂」這張專輯以「時間」貫穿的人生體悟。
專輯概念以「走了十年後回望，終於懂了」為軸心，把這十年的感觸透過音樂創作呈現給樂迷，歌詞將以更成熟的口吻，將憂愁輕輕道出、對狂妄毫不掩飾、對無知笑著諷刺。
<樂團簡介>
好樂團 GoodBand 成立於2015 年，團名取自一男一女的組合「女＋子=好」，由主唱瓊文 (Wen Hsu) 與吉他手子慶 (Ching) 組成。
好樂團的作品以直扣人心的詞曲為人熟知。 2016 發行首張創作 EP 《我把我的青春給你 Youth to You》於網路上掀起轟動，其中〈我把我的青春給你〉 MV 至今已超過 1400 萬 YouTube 點閱率。而 2020 年發行的〈他們說我是沒有用的年輕人〉一曲，則是被台灣的年輕人稱為是「最能代表當代年輕人的一首歌」之一，MV 至今已超過 1300 萬次點閱。之後陸續推出〈我們一樣可惜〉、〈蒸發〉、〈我愛你，卻不能拯救你〉等令聽眾印象深刻的詞曲。並於 2022 年發行首張專輯《在遊蕩的路上學會寬容》。
好樂團曾多次舉辦演唱會，2023 年 1 月於 Zepp New Taipei 首次挑戰 2000 人演出場地並順利完售。同年飛往馬來西亞、新加坡、香港等海外舉辦多場專場，其中香港場首度演出便達成完售佳績。創團以來也參與春浪、簡單生活節、大港開唱等各大音樂祭現場，並且曾多次前往日本演出。
今年進入好樂團創團第十年，兩人以全新創作專輯《懂》，把這十年的感觸透過音樂創作呈現給樂迷 ，歌詞將以更成熟的口吻 ，將憂愁輕輕道出、對狂妄毫不掩飾、對無知笑著諷刺。
