1. What is a backorder?
   A backorder is when an item is not currently in stock but will be available in the future. You can place an order for this item, and we will ship it to you once it becomes available.

For local SG customers, If there are both in stock and pre-order/backorder items on your order, we will priorities and ship the in stock items first, followed by the pre-order/backorder items at a later date when it has arrived.
